Custom orders require a consultation and written quote; pricing discussed during consultation is valid for the timeframe specified in the quote.
Prices do not include shipping and handling, which will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.
1.5 Custom Orders
Custom singing bowls are created through a collaborative consultation process and require a deposit and written agreement.
Custom orders are made to your specifications and are therefore exempt from the standard cancellation rights described in Section 3.2 below. Custom orders are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange except in cases of manufacturing defect.
We reserve the right to decline custom requests that fall outside our manufacturing capabilities or that conflict with our values.
1.6 User Accounts
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3.1 Your Statutory Rights

3.2 Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own cost. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Exceptions: The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Custom or personalised products made to your specifications
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
3.3 Defective Products
If your bowl arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Our bowls are built to last a lifetime, and we stand behind our craftsmanship.
Contact us immediately at hello@divinebowls.co.uk with photos and a description of the issue. For verified manufacturing defects, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Natural variations in the quartz crystal—including minor visual differences, colour variations, or small surface characteristics—are normal and not considered defects.
3.4 Shipping Damage
If your bowl arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
3.5 Other Returns
For concerns unrelated to defects or shipping damage, please contact us to discuss. We consider requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to find a fair solution.
3.6 Educational Products & Courses
Due to the digital nature of educational content, the right to cancel does not apply once you begin accessing the content. By purchasing and accessing digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your cancellation right.
